1) Will Mr16 led bulbs work fine in 110V or 220V?

Answer:No.Please don’t put Mr16 in 110V or 220. You will need to get a transformer if you want to use Mr16. However, Mr16 Halogen lamps will come with a transformer, so you can simply replace the halogen with Mr16.

2) Will GU10 led bulbs work fine in 110V or 220V?

Answer: Yes. GU10 bulbs are allowed to connect to 110v or 220v. It will work perfectly fine.

3) Do you have dimmable led bulbs for sale?

Answer: Yes, we have a wide range of dimmable led bulbs available like: MR16, GU10, E27, E17, E14, B22, etc. You can use a dimmer to control the brightness of these high powered led bulbs. Generally speaking, one dimmer can control 1-22 piece 1W-3W Led bulbs.

4) Are RGB led bulbs available in your company?

Answer: Yes, of course. There are 2 types of RGB led bulbs: One has automatically color change RGB, the other is using a matching remote controle to change the colors. The second one is more expensive than the automatical one.

5) Can my 3w led bulbs replace my current 30w halogen lights?

Answer: Yes, you are right. Our 3w led bulbs can replace 25w-30w halogen lights for the same brightness. Moreover, we our good highpower 3w led bulbs can replace up to 40w halogen lights for the same brightness. You can also use 5w and 7w led bulbs to replace 50w-80w halogen lights.

6) Which size led bulbs can replace 40-50w fluorescent tube?

Answer: Typicaly, we can use our 15w led bulbs to replace 40-50w fluorescent tube.

7) Does your led lights need to use ballast and starters?

Answer: No. Led lights will work without the ballast and starters. Please remember to remove your ballast and starters in order to use led lights.

8) Can we use dimmer to control your led downlights?

Answer: Yes, you can use dimmer to control all of our led downlights.

9) Which led chip to you use in your led lights?

Answer: Generally, in order to deliver good quality led lamps, we are forced to use world famous led chips companies such as: Cree, Semi, Soul semi, Edison, Amereica Bridgelux, Everlight, Huga, etc. Their quality is very good.

10) What is your led lights decay rate?

Answer: It is less than 5% within 1000hours by 20mA current testing.

11) Do you have downlights that use Mr16, GU10, etc high power led bulbs?

Answer: Yes we have 1*1w, 1*3w, 3*1w with interal power supply downlights that use MR16, GU10, E27, E14, E17. We also have 3*3W with external power supply downlights that use high power led bulbs.

12) What assurance do I have in regards to your company’s product quality?

Answer: All of our led products have passed CE and Rosh test. They are CE and Rosh approved.

13) What color LED lights are available?

Answer: The colors we cover are: White, warm white, color white, red, green, blue, yellow, and RGB color.

14) Are custom package available?

Answer: Yes, they are available. Please tell us the way you want to pack the lights and the drawing so that we can tell you how much extra cost will it be. Normally,we use blank white carton box to pack our lights.

14) What is your led bulbs aluminum part material?

Answer: Pure aluminum 6063 or Die casting Aluminum.

15) Is aluminum+PC led tube available?

Answer: Yes, they are available.
